Terms of Use

By downloading or using Hoshibon (“the App”) you agree to these Terms. The App is also subject to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “Apple Standard EULA”), available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. Where these Terms and the Apple Standard EULA conflict, the Apple Standard EULA applies to your use of the App.

1. The App

Hoshibon is a personal fan-diary for your own non-commercial use. All your content is stored on your device; you are responsible for keeping your own backups via the in-app export.

2. Purchases & subscriptions

The App offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions (monthly and yearly), a one-time “lifetime” purchase, and optional sticker packs. Prices are shown in the App in your local currency.

• Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends, at the same price.
• You can manage or cancel a subscription anytime in your Apple Account settings on your device. The “lifetime” purchase and sticker packs are one-time and do not auto-renew.
• Purchases are handled by Apple. Refunds are subject to Apple’s policies.

3. Acceptable use

Use the App lawfully. Do not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or misuse it. The characters, artwork and brand are owned by the developer and provided for use within the App only.

4. No warranty

The App is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for any loss of data; please keep your own backups.

5. Changes & contact

We may update these Terms; the latest version is posted here. Questions: support@scannr.se. These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence.

ホシボン（以下「本アプリ」）をダウンロードまたは利用することで、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。本アプリにはAppleの標準使用許諾契約（EULA：こちら）も適用されます。両者が矛盾する場合はAppleの標準EULAが優先されます。

1. 本アプリについて

本アプリは個人的・非商用の推し活ダイアリーです。データは端末内に保存されます。バックアップはアプリ内のエクスポート機能でご自身で保存してください。

2. 購入・サブスクリプション

• お支払いは購入確定時にAppleアカウントに請求されます。
• サブスクリプションは、現在の期間終了の24時間前までに自動更新をオフにしない限り自動的に更新され、更新時に同額が請求されます。
• 購入後、Appleアカウントの設定でいつでも管理・解約できます。買い切りプランおよびスタンプパックは一度きりの購入で、自動更新されません。
• 購入はAppleが処理します。返金はAppleのポリシーに従います。

3. 免責

本アプリは現状有姿で提供されます。法令で認められる範囲で保証はありません。データ消失について責任を負いかねますので、必ずバックアップを取得してください。
